Matt Wainwright

Founder

I’m Matt Wainwright, the founder of NGAS. Having worked in the industry for many years, I found that there was uncertainty with members of the public about what steps to take in the event of someone passing away. My vision is to provide a service which offers advice and practical support, from the moment someone passes away, through the legal and financial implications and on to emotional support often needed when someone has passed away. Having worked as a police officer for many years, I am well aware of difficult situations that people often have to face throughout life and want this service to be of benefit to people in need of help.

Korinda Peacock

Case Worker

I’m Korinda, I am a Mental Health First Aider and a case worker. My role is to provide a listening ear to clients who call in for advice and support. I can signpost them to different services provided by the NHS, charities and other professionals we work with. After many years as a primary school teacher, I took early retirement but soon found that I missed being around people and also applying those little grey cells! This role appeals to me since I have always enjoyed the nurturing aspect of teaching and being able to help others is really important to me.
